A Chipboard Challenge

Welcome to our Tuesday Riley and Company Design Team
Challenge!  This challenge came from Cindy and it is to use
Chipboard somewhere on the card or project.

I found the cutest chipboard stickers.  So my chipboard
choice was easy!

Here are a trio of coordinated cards with these
chipboard pieces.

This is the Woodhaven collection by Colorbok (I found it at
my local JoAnn's.)

The stamps are Farmers Riley and Sophie, Garden Riley and
Flowers Riley.

All images were colored with Copic Markers,  Circle card
cut with Spellbinders Nestibilities.  Third card's border is
a Martha Stewart border punch.  Ribbon by American Crafts.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure and visit all the design
team's blogs for more chipboard fun.  Links are to the right!

Our First Riley DT Challenge for April

Here is our first  Riley Design Team challenge for April.

Here is the sketch:

Here is my take!

This is Safari Riley and I think he is a hoot to work with!
I just love animal prints but am always at a loss as to where
and how to use them.  This zebra print started as a file
folder from the Michaels Dollar bin.  Then I used some Black
Magic Coredinations paper embossed with the Herringbone
Cuttlebug embossing folder.
This is one of the neatest embossing folders and creates
such a wondeful texture. I just flipped the paper to the
backside for the small strip.

I made my own embellishments by adding buttons then
trimming the prongs off copper brads.
I attached with glue dots but next time I would use
jewelry glue!  They wobble a bit.  LOL!

Coloring was done with Copics.
Thanks for looking and be sure and visit the other
Design Team members via the links to the right.
