Wow..... just wow! I have been asked to join the
Riley and Company Design team. I am so excited!
As Tanya knows it has been quite a journey from the
scrapbooker who "did not make cards" as she so
fondling reminds me at times to being a
design team member.
I had a blast designing my first design team challenge card.
It was a monochromatic card challenge this month.
This is the Flowers Riley stamp framed with a round
and octagon shaped frame cut and embossed
with round and scalloped octagon Spellbinders
Nestablities. This frame is pop dotted up from the
back frame.
The back accent frame and the border are cut with
Spellbinders Lattice Pendant and Border dies.
It is also pop dotted off the accent background.
The quote frame was cut with the Spellbinders
petite ovals and scalloped ovals.
Background paper is Gemstones by Coredinations.
The accent print paper is from the DCWV Mariposa
paper stack.
All coloring was done with Copic Ciao markers and
stamping done with Momento Tuxedo Black ink.
The pearl accents are self adhesive and by Recollections.
Satin Ribbon from Offray.
Shall I sneek in another? I think I have some catching up
to do on my blog so here goes.
I stamped the Couch Riley but then cut around
just the Riley design to remove him from the couch.
I just could not resist sitting him in the heart cut from
Spellbinders Nestablities hearts and scalloped hearts.
All the heart layers were embossed with the Swiss
Dots Cuttlebug folder. The background paper
is a K&Co. print and Gemstones by Coredinations.
A tiny bit of Crystal stickles was added to Riley's
box of chocolates.
